Built for Teams That Need a Smarter Web Operation

Customized packages for whatever you need

Divscape consulting is designed for startups, SaaS companies, and growing businesses that need expert guidance on building, scaling, or optimizing their website operations. We specialize in developing systems for lean teams, without the overhead of a large agency or the guesswork of figuring it out alone.

What Divscape Consulting Covers

Every engagement is custom, built around your company’s specific needs, team size, growth stage, and the platforms you’re already working with. Below are the core areas where we can make an impact.

Website Team Development

Whether you’re hiring your first web developer or restructuring an existing team, we help you get the right people in the right roles. This includes defining responsibilities, creating job descriptions, establishing onboarding processes, and building a team structure that’s set up to perform.

Process & Workflow Optimization

Inefficient processes are the silent killer of website teams. We audit how your team currently functions, then recommend streamlined, repeatable workflows that reduce friction, cut turnaround time, and improve consistency across every deliverable.

Platform & Tool Implementation

Choosing the wrong platform can set a team back by months. We have experience across virtually every major website platform as well as a wide range of business tools including booking software, CRMs, and marketing systems. We help you evaluate what you’re working with and make informed decisions about your tech stack.

Contractor Support

Sometimes you just need someone to roll up their sleeves and build. We offer hands-on implementation support, like building templates within your existing platform, creating reusable components and design systems, building websites, or setting up workflows and documentation from scratch so your team has a solid foundation to grow on.

Systems Consolidation

Many growing companies accumulate a tangle of disconnected tools - booking software, accounting platforms, marketing systems, and CRMs that don’t work together efficiently. Taryn's background in SaaS makes her an excellent resource for teams looking to streamline their tech stack, identify redundancies, and build a more cohesive, manageable operation.

Web Strategy & Roadmapping

Not sure what your website should be doing or why it isn’t performing? We take a step back and look at your website as a business asset: auditing what’s working, identifying gaps, and building a prioritized roadmap that aligns your web presence with your company goals. No fluff, no busywork - just a clear path forward.

  • Who is Divscape consulting for?

Divscape consulting is designed for startups, SaaS companies, and growing small businesses that need expert guidance on building, structuring, or optimizing their website operations. It's especially well-suited for lean teams with limited resources and in-house web teams at software companies.

  • What platforms can you work with?

We work with most web platforms. Taryn has hands-on experience with WordPress, Webflow, Duda, Contentful, Squarespace, Wix, and a wide range of CMS and marketing tools. She can also help you evaluate and optimize business tools and softwares connected to your web presence, including booking and reservation platforms, eCommerce, and more. If you're evaluating platforms, we can help with that too.

  • Can you actually build things, or is this just strategy?

Both. Depending on your engagement, Taryn can provide strategic guidance, help you build templates and custom sections within your existing platform, jump in as a contractor to build websites, or help you set up teams and processes from scratch. We'll scope our contract around what you actually need.

  • What does a consulting engagement with Divscape look like?

Every engagement is custom. Depending on your needs, it might look like a focused audit and strategic roadmap, a structured workshop to redesign your team’s workflows, a hands-on platform implementation, an ongoing advisory relationship, or a combination of strategic guidance and build work. We’ll define the scope together during your consultation call.

  • How long does a typical consulting contract last?

It varies. Some contracts are project-based and completed in a few weeks. Others are ongoing, with regular check-ins and support over several months. We’ll scope the timeline based on what you’re trying to accomplish.

  • Do I need to have an existing web team?

Not at all. Some clients come to us with no web team in place and need help building one from scratch. Others have a team that needs restructuring, better processes, or just extra capacity. Wherever you’re starting from, we’ll meet you there.

  • Is consulting available as a standalone service?

Yes. Consulting is completely standalone. You don’t need to be a Divscape website client to work with us on strategy or implementation. That said, many clients do choose to bundle consulting with website or branding services and that combination can be a significant advantage.

  • How is consulting priced?

All consulting engagements are custom-scoped. After your free consultation call, we’ll put together a proposal that outlines the work, the deliverables, and the cost clearly and upfront, before anything begins.

  • What do I actually get at the end of an engagement?

That depends on the scope we define together. Deliverables might include strategic documents, process frameworks, team structure recommendations, platform evaluations, prioritized roadmaps, built templates or custom components, or a completed website. Everything is built to be practical and immediately usable.

  • What if I also need a new website?

We can absolutely help with that. Divscape builds custom websites for startups and small businesses in addition to providing consulting services. If your engagement surfaces a need for a new or redesigned site, we can scope that work separately or bundle it in. Visit our website services page to learn more.

Why Businesses Choose Divscape for Consulting

There are a lot of consultants and agencies out there, but working with Divscape is different.

✓ Real operations and management experience

Taryn has led website teams, built processes from the ground up, and lived the challenges you’re facing. Her recommendations are grounded in what actually works, not theoretical best practices that fall apart when you try to implement them.

✓ Cross-platform expertise

From WordPress and Webflow to Duda, Contentful, Squarespace, and beyond, Taryn has hands-on experience across virtually every major web platform and a wide range of connected business tools. Whatever you’re working with, we can help.

✓ Designed for lean teams

Divscape consulting is built around the reality that startups and SaaS companies often need to do a lot with very little. We specialize in building efficient, high-output operations that don’t require a 10-person team or an enterprise budget.

✓ Hands-on when you need it

We don’t hand you a long-winded strategy document and disappear. When you need someone to actually build - templates, components, custom sections, or full websites - we can do that too.

✓ Custom pricing plans

Every consulting engagement is scoped and priced based on your specific needs, goals, and timeline. We don’t have a one-size-fits-all package - we have a conversation, figure out what you actually need, and put together a proposal from there.
