Projects that include custom templates may take up to 8 weeks, depending on the type and amount of designs requested. We'll give you a specific timeline estimate during your consultation.

  • How many revisions are included?

    All branding projects include a structured revision round to make sure you're happy with the direction before we finalize. Additional revisions beyond the included round may be included if necessary. Packages with custom templates include additional rounds of feedback. We'll outline the revision process clearly before the project begins.

  • What file formats will I receive?

    You'll receive your logo and brand assets in the most common formats for digital and print use, including PNG, SVG, and PDF. We'll make sure you have everything you need to hand off to a printer, upload to your website, or use in your marketing tools. 

  • Can I use my new brand on my Divscape website?

    Yes - and it's seamless when both are done through Divscape. When your new brand is complete, we will update your Divscape website for you with new colors, logos, and fonts.
